Despatch Administrator

Working as part of the Despatch department, the successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to the department. They will be dealing with orders, maintaining accurate records on both manual and computerised systems and ensuring timely stock control administration is completed and regular reports are produced. Other ad hoc duties/projects will also be required.

Core hours of work will be 5:45am to 2:15pm, Monday to Friday, although a high degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business, including the possibility of some weekend work.

As this role will include liaison with other departments as well as some direct customer contact over the telephone, excellent communication skills are a must.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills with a familiarity of SAP of particular benefit, although training will be provided. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are a must as is the ability to work efficiently on your own initiative.
