Sauce Operative

Vacancies have arisen for Sauce Operatives to work in the sauce area at Linton, working on a Monday to Thursday 5pm – 2:30am, and Friday 5pm – 9pm.

Dedicated to results the successful candidates will ensure high quality product is produced in a safe and timely manner, adhering to the required safety and hygiene standards and quality specifications at all times. The role requires competition of paperwork, data collection and the ability to comply to audit standards at all times.

The successful candidate will be required to complete training on day shift working 7am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday until all occupational training has been completed.

The successful candidates would desirably have experience with cooking, and dealing with allergen requirements although this is not a mandatory requirement of the role. However, they must be dedicated to quality and safety, and be a strong team player with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
