We are currently looking for a talented Safety, Health & Environment Manager to join Tulip Agriculture based at our offfices in Stradbroke, Suffolk. Reporting to the Pig Production Director, you will be responsible for supporting the team and will assist in the development, management and promotion of Health & Safety management throughout the agricultural division including our Admin centres, Livestock Transport and Farm businesses.

An expert in your field, you will drive compliance with legislation and EHS awareness and take a continuous-improvement approach to all areas of responsibility. Working closely with the team including vets, fields teams, farm staff, drivers and support staff you will ensure that all members of the workforce recognise their own responsibilities and contribution to improve environmental and EHS performance and awareness. You will coordinate compliance training for Tulip Agriculture whilst maintaining accurate computerised records. Carrying out training workshops and SHE Inductions where appropriate and co-ordinating external training. Reporting of KPI’s, claims handling and collaborative projects with other SHE colleagues across the Tulip group.

A proven track record in an agricultural setting. You will be NEBOSH qualified and ideally hold membership to IOSH. A strong communicator, you will be able to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels. A high level of systems knowledge and proven organisation skills are essential.
