Training Validators

We have vacancies for two operations-based Training Validators (Factory Trainers) working at Linton. This will be based on a Monday to Friday shift although some flexibility regarding working hours may be needed to meet the training needs of the business. Reporting to the Regional L&D Coordinator the successful candidate will support the operations teams in delivering ‘on the job’ training such as COP’s and SOP’s and assist in the design and delivery of these where updates are required, alongside relevant members of the technical, operations and H&S teams.

In addition to supporting the teams in delivering the above operational training the successful candidate will also ensure all training needs in this area, including refresher training, is completed in a timely manner as well as ensuring that those that have been trained can proactively demonstrate their competence in the relevant areas. The successful candidate will ensure all completed training is appropriately signed off and relevant training materials completed accurately, as well as updating all records on our electronic training system.

You will be have good I T skills (Microsoft office/spreadsheets/e mail), able to proactively manage your tasks and overall workload and be motivated to work in all areas of the business
