Key Information

Growing Responsibly is the name for our Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
It underpins everything we do as a business.

Our goal is to become a business where sustainability is truly embedded through knowledge, engagement, collaboration and innovation.

We are working to ensure each and every one of our staff will understand the principles of sustainability – it will be an integral part of our operations and will bring about positive, sustainable change for the future.

In developing our Growing Responsibly strategy, we have taken our business’ eight Commitments and identified specific CSR Commitments which will help us work towards achieving our vision, to become the UK’s number one consumer food solutions business.

You can read all about our CSR Commitments and action plans in our Growing Responsibly Sustainability Strategy.
