Tulip’s young people strategy, Talent for the New Generation (TfNG), provides opportunities across all our disciplines for young people at every educational level. By building relationships with schools, colleges, universities and the local community, we aim to grow our talent pool by recruiting, supporting and developing young people, and helping individuals whose talent has not yet been recognised and utilised.
