Quality Assurance

Food safety, quality and traceability

At Tulip, food quality and safety are priorities. We have rigorous internal procedures that ensure our sites operate to the highest industry standards.

All our sites are independently audited and certified to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) standard and many of our sites are proud to be certified to additional industry quality and traceability schemes such as the RSPCA Freedom Foods, Soil Association, Organic Farmers and Growers and Assured Food Standards, plus many more.

We work closely with our customers, government and industry bodies to play an active role in food safety initiatives which help to shape the future of the industry. Our work in this area has meant that we are at the forefront of development; developing the best possible standards and systems, and ultimately, products for consumers.
