Tulip is one of the largest bacon and gammon operators in the UK, producing a range of high quality premium and standard bacon and gammon products in pre-pack and for the delicatessen.
We are at the forefront when it comes to delivering innovation as well as premium, added value products within a range of cured meat categories.
Traditional cures are used to manufacture a range of products, including Wiltshire cure and dry cure.
Seasonal lines are also developed for specific times of the year including hand finished gammon joints and bespoke smoked bacon using different wood types; oak, apple, beech and maple.
