Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator

Site: Warwick

Shift/Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to the Credit Control manager and working alongside other members of the sales/sales admin team you will be:

Processing product orders using Internet program and SAP
Dealing with and responding to emails from customers and internal sites.
Communicating internally with sales/site planners/despatch teams
Checking prices are up to date
Taking phone calls from customers
Liaising with credit control department
