Delivering business success through our people

We are looking for a talented IT Specialist, Local Support to join our established IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the agreed strategy for development and adoption of technical solutions, platforms, trends and complex technical challenges
Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions that will allow the business to gain competitive advantage and develop robust business cases which demonstrate a tangible return on investment and create value for the business
Business Partnering: Work closely with the business to ensure that initiatives are prioritised, resources are utilised effectively, and services are delivered to an agreed level of availability and quality
Partner Relationship Management: Liaison with internal departments, colleagues in Pilgrims and JBS and external partners to ensure optimal levels of service availability, quality and performance in accordance with the requirements of the business
Develop, manage, measure and report on both operational and business-focussed key service metrics. Participate in Service Review meetings with the business
Champion Customer satisfaction: Tailor services and support processes to fulfil the diverse needs of a broad customer demographic
Act as a point of escalation for onsite Incidents, Problems and Service Requests
Continuously evaluate business, industry and technology trends to create value and foster transformation
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimise our processes and services, benchmarking these against our industry and external providers and enabling us to “Be the Best”
Advocate the use of technology to minimise our impact on the environment
Ensure that the right governance structures are in place to deliver and maintain service levels to the business and meet regulatory compliance obligations
