We are looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our Head Office Master Data team in Warwick. As a Master Data Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of SAP Master Data. You will validate and accurately create the master data within a controlled environment, ensuring that the appropriate parties are consulted and informed in the approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of Customers and Vendors.
Creation of sales pricing conditions.
Submitmanage requests for material creation to global Master Data Team.
Assess and analyse the current master data Create/Change/Delete processes and develop strategies working with key stakeholders to improve process efficiencies and thus improving the satisfaction of external and internal customers.
Work directly with internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit & SOX requirements.
Optimizing processes by implementing workflows and/or tools to ensure efficient handling of requests.
Perform Secondary input checks as per SOX controls.

The successful candidate will have experience within SAP, strong attention to detail, be a true team player and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
