We have a very exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager who represent the Production / Operations team, as part of the Senior Leadership Team at our site in Ashton.

You will take ownership of all operational areas ensuring that they run efficiently and effectively. Deliver KPI’s frequently which include actions and results. Planning strategically from a resource and capacity perspective whilst driving continuous improvement in both our processes and quality. You will ensure excellent standards of the General Manufacturing Practice and that the production areas are audit ready at all times and actively lead the achievement of a strong Health & Safety culture, living and breathing the ethos of “Safety is a Condition”.

Our perfect candidate will have previous experience of FMCG manufacturing operations and an understanding of the factors that affect efficiency. You will have exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of managing and leading large teams. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques with experience of rolling out change management programmes is essential. An advance Food hygiene qualification at level 3 or above is mandatory.
