Working from our Head office in Warwick, your valuable Payroll Management experience will develop and drive a professional team producing weekly and monthly payrolls. You will be resilient and pro-active, delivering best practice through process optimisation and regulatory compliance, to meet the requirements of your key stakeholders. At times it will be challenging, but equally rewarding, as you bring about positive change to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall payroll team management

Lead the delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls
Team Objective Setting
Direct Report 1-2-1’s/Appraisals

Monthly payroll checking and sign Off
HMRC/3rd party payments checking and sign off
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, payroll tax obligations and internal polices
Overall responsibility for SOx controls
Co-ordinate and support internal and external audits
Interpret new legislation impacting payroll
Provide operational strategic leadership and support payroll projects
Actively encourage continuous improvement and drive change management
Reporting and Analytics
System Upgrade Co-Ordination and UAT
Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments
Produce and Maintain Payroll procedure documentation
Backup Support for Team Leaders during Absence
