We are looking for a QA Manager to join the team at Linton on a fixed term basis for approximately 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring ongoing legal and best practice compliance with all on site technical and QA requirements, will maintain and develop quality systems and ensure good hygiene, housekeeping and manufacturing practices are adhered to across the site. Assistance into the investigation of customer complaints ensuring effective preventative and corrective actions are introduced where required and ensuring compliance to all aspects of the quality management system are also key elements of this role, as is an active and pro-active involvement with all internal and external audits ultimately ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met.
Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must for this role as is a high degree of self motivation and self management. Strong IT skills are essential and ideally the successful candidate will have technical/QA management experience within a food manufacturing environment, ideally with protein and hold a relevant degree or equivalent demonstrating technical awareness.
