Title: Service Delivery Specialist
Shift/Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist who can act as an ambassador for the IT function, working closely with the business to ensure that services are relevant, available, sustainable and adequately featured to fulfil the business requirements.
The successful candidate will need to liaise with internal departments, colleagues in Pilgrims and JBS and external partners to negotiate, regularly review and ensure conformance to appropriate levels of service availability, quality and performance in accordance with the requirements of the business. You will tailor services and support processes to fulfil the diverse needs of our broad customer demographic.
You will influence policy decisions and participate within Change Advisory Board, for all proposed changes to environment, architecture, scope and overall impact and risk assessment for all services within area of responsibility. you will foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimise our processes and services, benchmarking these against our industry and external providers. Ensure all policies and processes, within area of accountability, are fully documented and sustainable.
