Our initiatives

Equipped for Life is our health and wellbeing initiative, which was launched in 2015 to provide employees with a programme of events, campaigns and tools to support them and their families.

Services covering health, education, personal development, charity involvement and money matters are available to all employees. These include:

  • My Tulip Rewards – a free online benefits and discounts scheme, providing savings at hundreds of retailers
  • Voluntary benefits – includes Cycle to Work scheme, childcare vouchers, gym discounts, subsidised company clothing and more
  • Support and confidential reporting – Employee Care counselling and support, Stronger Together exploitation support and Speak Up confidential reporting hotline
  • My Tulip Lotto – a quarterly lottery for employees who can win great cash prizes and support a good cause at the same time
