Tulip Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Baldwin to the role of VP – Human Resources.
Rachel officially took up her new role on 2nd October and joins the Tulip Ltd Executive Team, reporting into CEO Steve Francis.
Rachel joins Tulip from public transport firm Arriva plc, where she has spent the last four years as HR Director – UK, providing strategic HR leadership across the organisation’s bus and train divisions with circa 30,000 employees. She also boasts a strong track record in the food industry, spending six years working in HR management roles at Dairy Crest Group plc, culminating in the role of HR Director for the Foods Division. Prior to that, Rachel held HR management roles with HJ Heinz Ltd and Centura Foods Ltd.
Commenting on her appointment, Rachel said: “I am delighted to be joining Tulip at such a pivotal time for company. I am passionate about the food industry, having spent the first 16 years of my career in the sector.
